A Bigger Demo Arrived Before Launch
The June 2026 Moonlight Peaks demo added character creation, resident interactions, mini-games, crafting, and a fuller look at the farm.
Little Chicken released an expanded Moonlight Peaks demo on June 6, 2026, one month before the full game. It replaced the smaller farming and decorating slices that had circulated earlier in development.
The newer demo includes character creation and more conversations with town residents. It also opens several of the quieter activities that define the finished game: flower arranging, embroidery, fishing, gathering materials, crafting, and personalizing the homestead.
That makes the demo more representative of the game’s real structure. Moonlight Peaks is not only a crop loop with a vampire skin. Its progress also runs through quests, family tensions, town relationships, magic, and side activities.
The same announcement confirmed a US$34.99 launch price for the standard edition. That was a launch figure, not a promise that every regional store would display the same converted amount forever. Current price checks should go through Steam, Nintendo, or Google Play directly.
The official website continues to list demos for Steam and Nintendo Switch after launch.
